Training
On-site training using
existing systems is preferred so that training can be conducted
using real data. Training typically begins with an introductory
lecture to provide users with an overview of the entire system, a
brief lecture for each module, then followed by hands-on training
for each user.
Because of the intuitive
nature of our software, training for the entire system can usually be
accomplished in 3-5 days (compared to 7-10 days required by competitor's
products). Ultimately, t
he
duration of training is dependent on number of users and number of
modules purchased as well as the training environment (# of PC’s
provided by the client in a training area).
On-site
training costs are calculated at $1,000.00 per day plus expenses.
Initial training costs can be bundled with the system package price
and can be included in lease options.
Other
options
Clients
can receive remote training using PCAnywhere or with the remote
desktop capabilities of WindowsXP. These options save a club
costly travel expenses, but limits the training to only those
individuals in front of the PC.
Additionally,
the Visual ClubMate program ships with a demo database with sample
data. Using this dataset allows users to practice and learn
systems without the worry of corrupting a clubs' active data.
As we setup your system, we can also copy your live data to the demo
data set so that your users can practice with more familiar
information.
