Aspen Software is warranted for 60
days. Software support/maintenance contracts are calculated at a
percentage of the contracted licensing fees. Software support and
maintenance agreements included unlimited telephone support and
software upgrades as they are released. Upgrades for customized
software is not included in the standard agreement.
Additional network support and troubleshooting is
available on an hourly basis or on a pre-paid basis. Pre-paid plans
can be purchased for a 12 -month period in advance of service.
Details of pricing for pre-paid plans are available upon request.
Hardware maintenance and warranty support is provided by hardware
manufacturer. On-site service contracts are often available.
A copy of Aspens standard Software Maintenance
and Support Agreement as well as the standard license and warranty
is available upon request.
