Visual
ClubMate's EFT Module supports a lot more than just end-of-month
direct debit processing. It also manages real-time
credit card processing from both the Point-of-Sale and the Back
Office Accounts Receivable modules.
When choosing Aspen Software,
you have the freedom to choose any EFT and Credit Card
processor.
Regardless of whom you choose,
Aspen works with all of them because only Aspen is interested in
helping you find the best solution for your business! It's
your
choice!

Direct Debit Processing All
you need for processing direct debits to your customer's
checking/savings account is to know is the specific NACHA
formatting required by your bank. NACHA (National Automated
Clearinghouse Association) is a set of "standards" that specify
the formatting of EFT files submitted to financial institutions.
Unfortunately, most banks consider these "standards" to be open to
interpretation and therefore there may be small differences
between the files accepted by one bank compared with the files
accepted by another. Regardless of the financial institution
you choose, Aspen may have already programmed the format they
require...and if not, we will modify the program at no additional
charge.
Current banks supported for direct debit
(Most banks will accept the format for one of the following):
|
 | Bank of America |
|
 | National City Bank |

 | HSBC (Hang Seng Bancorp) |

 | CIBC |

Credit Card Processing Credit Card Processing is
handled with interfaces to Payment Gateway Service Software
provided by either PC-Charge or Shift4 software. Each of
these 3rd-party software packages are certified with a variety of
Credit Card processing networks (Click
here for a list of certified processors for PC-Charge software).
In addition to the software, you will need to Merchant ID from
your Merchant Services Provider. This could be from the
Merchant Services Department at your local bank, or with an
independent sales organization such as Payment Processing Inc. (PPI)
(Click Here for more information about the
services from PPI). We recommend PPI because our
customers report better customer service and lower processing
costs. In fact, PPI guarantees that they can beat anyone's price!
