Visual ClubMate's DecisionMate™ module is designed to help managers evaluate most aspects of their club operations.  With this system, you establish budgets in the area of Tours, Visits, Members, Accounts (Memberships), Revenue and Fitness Services, and displays monthly totals.

DecisionMate™ provides a "Flash Report" that provides a 1-page snapshot of your primary business areas.  The system compares and evaluates the data in your system to budgets, calculates variances and Month-to-Date and Year-to-Date performance allowing managers to easily recognize areas requiring additional attention in order to improve business performance.
