Fitness Tests And Norms

One of the many strengths of the system is its ability to allow fitness professionals to choose norms and test protocols they prefer. The club may establish default tests, but the fitness professional is always able to select the most appropriate norm and test for a specific client at any time.

If a particular test is not presently included in the system, simply provide the normative data to Aspen and we will add it to your database...or you can even add normative data on your own.
