Messages for a member appear on screen
when a member’s record is accessed. If the member is given the
message, it can be marked read and will be stored in the member’s
history file. If it is not given to the member, it will appear the
next time that member’s record is selected.

At The Club -- A Quick
access look-up window shows which members and guests have checked
into the club during the previous two hours. The list can be ordered
by check-in time or alphabetically.

for Kiosks!) -- A scrolling Club News screen allows you to
relay the latest club news and information to your members.

| Manage Member Access to the Club --
The Visual ClubMate System
allows you to place restrictions on when Members can enter your
club. Each membership type can be given day and time restrictions
which the Check-In system verifies before allowing entry into your
club. Additional checks include a member's status, the account
status as well as membership expiration dates.

| Restrict Member's Guest Privileges --
The membership system
allows you to restict the maximum number of guest visits allowed by
the club during a defined period according to membership type.
Current and remaining guest privileges are displayed on the Attended
Check-In screen for each member.

| Maintain Detailed Information On Guests
As They Check In -- The
Prospect System allows you to easily maintain information on your
guests. In addition to the usual name, address and phone
information you can also manage pass numbers and expiration dates as
well as maintain a detailed record when visits have occurred and
with whom.

capture generalized information regarding a member's activities.
