Aspen Software has partnered with merchant
services provider, Payment Processing, Inc. (PPI) to provide low cost
merchant accounts and complete technical support at no charge for
the third-party credit card processing software (PC-Charge)
integrated with Visual ClubMate's Point-of-Sale and Accounts
Receivable modules.
In addition to providing PC-Charge at a discount to our customers,
PPI also acts as a technology partner to your business, taking
over configuration and installation and providing ongoing
technical support for the PC-Charge software, modem and card
reader.

provide credit card merchant accounts and provide little or no
support, PPI houses their own software support department,
specializing in POS Software products with embedded credit card
modules such as Visual ClubMate. And unlike
PC-Charge’s developer (Go Software) PPI never charges for technical
support saving you even more money! Since PPI holds the
merchant account, they are able to diagnose problems at the
network level. It’s like having a bank and a software support
company all in one! As part of our
partnership, PPI has waived all application/set-up fees and at
least match and in most cases, beat the rates currently being paid
by all Aspen users, and the special services offered by PPI
will never cost you more. If you would like PPI to match or beat
the rates of another provider, simply fax us a written copy of
your current credit card processing statements or quote.
